Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification in the subject area and grade level
- Experience with blended learning models and instructional technology
- Strong understanding of middle and high school curriculum and assessment practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
