The Box Office Senior Treasurer will work in partnership with the other Senior Treasurer and the treasurer team to maintain the highest possible performance standards within the box office. The role requires at least 10 years of box office/sales/customer service experience, including 3 years of supervising and training.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of box office/sales/customer service experience
  • 3 years of experience supervising and training
  • Proven strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills and strong basic math skills
  • Knowledge of computer ticketing systems
  • Interest in and knowledge of the performing arts
