Job Description
The Driver is responsible for operating a box truck to pick up donated items, including small furniture, household goods, clothing, and other miscellaneous items, from donors. The Driver also maintains accurate records of all donations, including donor information, item descriptions, and quantities, ensuring all items are securely transported to the Company’s warehouse or designated locations.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check
  • Proven ability to operate a box truck safely and efficiently
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations applicable to large commercial vehicles
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to a set schedule
  • Proficiency in maneuvering the truck in tight spaces
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate changes in pickup routes or schedules
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
