Role OverviewWe are seeking a Boxed Beef Production Scheduler II to create production schedules for ground beef produced at specified facilities, manage raw materials, and drive profitability performance in the Ground Beef operation. The role will be based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO, and involve occasional travel to facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with plant production leaders, scheduling managers, and sales force to coordinate production schedules, availability reporting, and customer orders.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating production schedules, managing raw materials, and driving profitability performance in the Ground Beef operation. They will also work on order prints and schedules, maintain data within the Order Management System, and ensure accurate forecasts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science or related field
- Experience in Scheduling and Demand Planning, Production, and/or Analytics
- Above average skills in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- In-depth knowledge of Production and Inventory Control Processes
- Strong communication, computer, and decision-making skills
