Role OverviewThe BOY Facilitator is responsible for leading a 14-week pre-teen program for boys in 5th-8th grade. The program aims to build life skills, self-esteem, and lasting friendships. The facilitator will administer the curriculum, lead group discussions, and conduct research on various topics.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include administering the curriculum, leading group discussions, conducting research, and accurately tracking participant numbers. The facilitator will also attend planning sessions and perform other duties as assigned.
