Role OverviewA Bracing Machine Operator sets up, operates, and maintains specialized machinery to shape metal coils into specific profiles, ensuring production quality and efficiency. This role is part of a team that uses autonomous robots and high-density storage in a warehouse.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include installing roller dies, adjusting machine settings, monitoring for defects, performing routine preventive maintenance, and interpreting blueprints to meet strict dimensional tolerances.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or specific roll-forming machine operation, and be able to read blueprints, SAP work orders, navigate MES system, and interpret technical drawings.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or specific roll-forming machine operation
- Ability to read blueprints, SAP work orders, navigate MES system, and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools (wrenches), measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, tape measure, micrometer), and potentially overhead cranes
- Capability to lift materials (often up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods
