Role OverviewThe Braided Funding Manager assists in the overall management, planning, organization, and implementation of all CSPP/CCTR/HS services. This position works closely with Education staff to ensure quality assurance and compliance with CSPP and HS services.
What You Will Do
The Braided Funding Manager will assist in establishing and licensing centers, reviewing and analyzing directives, reports, and records, evaluating practices and procedures, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date record keeping systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Child Development or Child Care programs, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, and effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish or other secondary language is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field
- Five (5) years increasingly responsible experience working in Child Development or Child Care programs
- Three (3) years of direct supervisory experience
- Two (2) years of budget development and/or fiscal management experience
- Experience working with Community Care Licensing, California State Preschool Program, Head Start Performance Standards, and California Child Development Permit
