What You Will Do
The Branch Manager will coach for results, drive accountability, manage performance, lead sales performance, enhance member engagement, implement service standards, manage escalations, ensure regulatory compliance, train on changes, monitor financial performance, direct daily operations, drive business development, represent the organization, collaborate cross-functionally, and champion organizational culture.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Services Sales and Service
- 1+ years of experience in a Leadership role
- 1+ years of Cash handling experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving skills
- Strong Mathematical and logic skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated capability to multi-task with a smile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Advanced customer service skills with capability to de-escalate situations professionally
- Grit; willing to do what is takes to get the job done right
- Ability to be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS)
- Registered and serve as a Notary Public
