Job Description

Requirements
Proven experience in bank or credit union preferred, with demonstrated success in leading teams and driving results.
Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays as needed.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional member service.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies.
