Role OverviewJoin the 1st Franklin Financial team as a Branch Manager, working closely with staff to build relationships and identify customer needs. The Branch Manager coordinates staff activities, provides leadership, and interviews customers using advanced interpersonal skills.
What You Will Do
Develops and assures Branch growth, profitability goals, and objectives are met. Manages all loans, maintains Branch delinquency control, and oversees personnel management.
