Job Description
This position provides leadership and management for a branch team ensuring profitability, growth, and sound operation. The Branch Manager is responsible for driving branch teammates to provide a best in class client experience while assisting new and existing clients through needs-based conversation and providing appropriate solutions to meet immediate, short-term and long-term financial needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years retail banking experience
  • Previous lending experience
  • Three or more years of management experience in a sales environment
  • Possess or be able to obtain NMLS registration
