The Branch Manager is responsible to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve growth goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensures compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
- 5+ years in banking, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven success in small business development, deposit/loan growth, and cross-selling
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and operational procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), keyboarding, and digital banking tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be bonded
