Role OverviewThe Branch Manager II is responsible for leading the operational efforts of the branch, ensuring established policies and procedures are followed, and providing outstanding service to credit union members. The role involves managing a team to maximize productivity, efficiency, and potential, and representing the branch perspective in organizational projects.
What You Will Do
The Branch Manager II will manage team performance, coach and mentor staff, train and develop branch team members, and oversee the execution of a full range of services to members and prospective members. The role also involves representing the branch in community outreach and volunteer events, and promoting Advia in the community through educational and brand-building opportunities.

Requirements
