Job Description
The Branch Manager II New Markets role is responsible for leading a dynamic team, creating a positive work environment, and driving exceptional employee and member experiences. The position requires effective leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial and lending principles. The Branch Manager will oversee the entire operations of a branch, including sales, service, and compliance, and will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new consumer and business deposit and lending relationships.

Requirements

  • College degree strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience
  • 3-5 years of credit or lending experience
  • STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 3 months
  • Lending Product Certification
  • NMLS License within 3 months
  • Notary License within 6 months
  • PC, Windows, and Internet proficiency
