Role OverviewThe Branch Manager in Training position is a performance-based, hands-on, customer-focused role responsible for delivering results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations.
What You Will Do
Actively assist in meeting the Branch's performance metrics, utilize sales tools to provide an exceptional customer experience, and develop new relationships while working with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle.

Requirements
- Bi-Lingual Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Sales and/or customer service experience required
- One year of experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: sales, retail, banking, or collections
