Job Description
Connex Credit Union is looking for a Branch Manager to provide outstanding service to members, identify and find solutions for their financial needs, and drive branch growth and profitability. The Branch Manager will supervise a team of up to 5 employees and be responsible for business development, employee development, and daily branch operations.
Requirements
Proven commitment to providing quality service to members
Ability to successfully lead a large branch and staffing compliment
Minimum 3 years retail sales management or branch experience
3+ years interviewing experience in consumer loans and related insurances
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational experience
Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience
