Job Description
To direct the overall activities of the branch to continually achieve four objectives: serving customers at a superior level, meeting branch goals, maintaining and acquiring productive employees, and investing in personnel growth.

Requirements

  • Ensure branch personnel understand company objectives and work together to achieve them
  • Meet and exceed branch goals to progress to the next branch tier
  • Make regular out-of-bank calls on business prospects to generate new customers
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote sales campaigns and product development
  • Maintain strong communication with branch supervisors and Human Resources
  • Responsible for interviewing, selecting, and developing Branch Staff
  • Enforce branch security regulations and maintain customer records
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete all mandatory and elective training and maintain compliance with rules and regulations
  • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement
