Role OverviewThe Branch Manager oversees daily store operations to achieve or advance sales and margin goals. This involves promoting sales, delivering excellent customer service, nurturing inventory levels, and balancing expenses through purchase supporting. Additionally, the Branch Manager fosters facility and staff alignment to safety and regulatory standards, empowering team members in providing efficient customer service, maintaining good housekeeping, and harmonizing overall operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Build and nurture customer relationships, providing excellent service. Assist customers with product selection and technical support. Manage order processing with care and accuracy, and coordinate timely product delivery. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock in the store. Prepare sales reports and evaluate performance metrics to guide growth.
