Role OverviewThe Branch Manager is accountable for the overall operation of the ResCare HomeCare or All Ways Caring Branch. The Branch Manager must manage all aspects of branch sales and service delivery to meet and exceed financial targets (sales, fees, gross profit, and contribution).
What You Will Do
Oversee all branch operations to achieve financial goals and ensure profitability, build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and management, lead recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff, manage HR functions including hiring, orientation, and employee relations.

Requirements
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- 1+ years sales or marketing experience in healthcare or related setting

- BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to work flexible and after hours as needed
