Role OverviewThe Branch Manager is responsible for the success and safety of the branch and its employees, including planning, budgeting, personnel development, quality control, customer relations, and business development. The successful Branch Manager communicates goals, objectives, and initiatives with the entire team and provides strategies that increase productivity.
What You Will Do
The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, drive execution of branch-level KPIs, provide direct oversight of the Assistant Branch Manager and Production Managers, lead workforce planning, and manage a portfolio of key accounts.

Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of professional landscape maintenance leadership experience
- Proven experience in operations, landscaping, construction, or similar field-based industries
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and complex operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Valid state driver’s license; ability to pass DOT requirements
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation fundamentals, plant health diagnostics, and equipment operation
