Role OverviewJoin Suffolk Credit Union as a member of the Member Services management team. The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all branch functions, new business development, and attaining established goals through active participation and execution of call programs and community affairs.
What You Will Do
Responsible for promoting the sales and service culture, administration of daily branch operations, and overseeing all branch employees. Delegates operations and back-up as needed to the Assistant Branch Manager. Establishes branch goals and performance measurements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Qualified candidate will have 3-5 years of branch administration experience, with 2 years in a leadership role. Business development is preferred. Notary Public certificate and NMLS-ID required.
