Role Overview

The Branch Manager will establish and maintain a successful office that contributes to the well-being of the community it serves. They will ensure each member of their staff understands their role in the success of the office, department, and credit union. The Branch Manager will provide leadership by example, training, and coaching to ensure the full range of services are understood and presented by each individual.

What You Will Do

The Branch Manager will set a positive example, manage complex situations, and provide leadership-level consultation in coaching, employee growth, and performance management. They will meet with direct employees, provide customized coaching and mentorship, and monitor employee performance.

Requirements

  • Two-year college degree or completion of specialized certification in a similar or related field
  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • Minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or equivalent leadership role
