What You Will Do
Ensure branch personnel understand company objectives, meet and exceed branch goals, make out-of-bank calls, train and motivate staff, and promote sales campaigns.

Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education degree (GED); College degree preferred
- NMLS certification required (or obtained upon hire)
- Three (3) years experience as a Branch Manager and/or equivalent management experience, previous banking management preferred
