Role OverviewThe Branch Manager will oversee branch management, business development, loan origination, and relationship management with customers and clients. The right candidate will lead the branch in meeting or exceeding all branch/company objectives.
What You Will Do
Essential duties include motivating staff, developing relationships with the homebuilder, providing financial reports, and developing a marketing plan. The Branch Manager will also direct staff to communicate loan issues quickly and monitor the speed from contract to processing on all loans.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail. They will also be able to travel overnight and have a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Eight to ten years of related experience and/or training
- At least one year of experience as a Branch Sales Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
