Branch Manager

As a Fixed Operations Branch Manager, this position must lead by example, develop an engaged team that is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and promoting our organization as a dealership and employer of choice. The role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments, providing leadership for the growth of the parts and service departments, and ensuring effective and efficient operations of parts and service departments.

Key duties and responsibilities include leading the day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments, providing leadership for the growth of the parts and service departments, ensuring effective and efficient operations of parts and service departments, developing employees to enhance their performance and career growth, upholding Allegiance Truck’s customer focus, fostering a positive work environment, staying up on industry trends and competitive offerings, and gathering and sharing information from customers and other dealers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a management role within the commercial truck dealership industry or related field
• Valid state driver's license
• Must maintain a clean driving record
