Role OverviewThe Branch Manager supports the Executive Director in the overall management, growth, and compliance of a branch of the home care agency. This role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures clinical and non-clinical excellence, drives referral growth, and supports the agency’s mission to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to clients in New York.
What You Will Do
Operate the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient delivery of home care services, maintain compliance with New York State Department of Health (LHCSA regulations) and agency policies, supervise office staff, schedulers, and field staff, and ensure timely and effective scheduling and staffing.
