Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and execution of Company branch operations, including customer service, service/repair, and warehouse functions. This role directs all aspects of branch operations and works closely with the Brand Leader to achieve operational and budget goals.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in industrial distribution, water/wastewater, pumps, controls, or related technical markets
  • Strong operational and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
  • Technical aptitude with pumps, controls, and related systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical, operational, and cross-functional teams
  • Team-oriented leader who leads by example with integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
