Requirements

  • Experience in operations, branch management, or a leadership role in HVAC, mechanical, or service-based industries
  • Dispatch and scheduling skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC or mechanical equipment
  • Customer service skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Tech proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software
  • Safety focus and understanding of safety regulations and compliance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • DOT medical card
