Requirements

  • Manage and lead a team of direct reports
  • Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving loan applications
  • Retain and maintain existing customer accounts
  • Monitor sales metrics and delinquency rate to achieve branch goals
  • Prepare and submit reports of branch activity
  • Develop additional customers by networking with local businesses
  • Implement and follow internal branch auditing procedures
  • Participate in company meetings and professional development activities
  • Maintain compliance and adhere to company policies and procedures
