Requirements

  • Grow market share of loans and deposits
  • Conduct business development activities that help form and expand member relationships
  • Represent Langley in the community at civic and professional events
  • Drive branch results that align with the achievement of Success Sharing goals
  • Support and coach the sales and service culture at all times by providing individual and team coaching weekly and monthly
  • Supervise operational and administrative activities to include payroll, scheduling, balancing, opening, and closing activities
  • Deliver on-going feedback on staff performance and development
  • Foster teamwork by professionally interacting with peers, supervisors and other Langley employees
  • Actively participate in cross departmental collaboration to ensure effective and efficient communication
  • Participate in ongoing evaluation of processes and procedures to ensure the member experience is met
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cross departmental initiatives improving efficiencies and processes throughout the Credit Union
  • Process consumer loan products and services ensuring compliance with Federal Regulations and Credit Union policies and procedures to include personal, auto, home equity line of credit, and credit cards
  • Process all types of transactions for members including, balance inquiries, transfers, payments, loan advances, account opening, and all other requests
  • Complies with all Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements
