As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and coaching your team, making sound lending decision, maintaining low delinquency rates, and driving strategic sales initiatives to support branch growth and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services Industry
  • Experience in a management position for 2+ years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline
  • Proven ability to create and sustain sales goals
  • Deep understanding of leading and motivating a team of direct reports
  • Capability to use various technologies and learn new programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy
  • Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state
