Role OverviewThe Branch Manager/Team Leader is responsible for all operational oversight and delegation, direct and indirect supervision of all full-time equivalency (FTE) within the branch, budget and effective cost management, and overall performance of the branch. This position will oversee an Assistant Branch Manager/Team Leader in their branch. They are also proactively engaged in business development activities in the community.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional member service, solve problems, take ownership of member concerns, and offer appropriate products and/or services to deepen member relationships. Make outbound calls to members for the purpose of establishing, growing, and nurturing member relationships. Ensure branch equipment is always working properly and promptly act when equipment is malfunctioning.

Requirements
- High School Degree (or equivalent) required
- Two-year degree in related field preferred
- At least two (2) years of management experience required
- At least one (1) year of lending and account opening experience required
- At least two (2) years of financial industry experience required
- Sales/relationship building experience required
- Cash handling experience preferred
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience required
