Job Description
The Branch Manager Trainee I position is a comprehensive training program designed to develop future branch managers to fill openings due to growth, acquisition, and turnover. The program consists of two phases, with the second phase requiring relocation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required, college degree preferred
  • No more than 2 years consumer finance industry work experience
  • Must be able to relocate within 45 miles or surrounding 4 to 6 branch locations
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Office 365
  • Must be familiar with Windows operating systems, web-based applications and internet protocol
