Role OverviewAs a Branch Operations Analyst within Document Custody Operations, you will play a critical role in safeguarding mortgage collateral assets, maintaining operational controls, and supporting the delivery of high-quality custody services to internal stakeholders, clients, investors, and regulatory agencies.
What You Will Do
Perform operational activities supporting Document Custody functions, ensuring transactions, records, and documentation are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with established policies, procedures, investor requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Relevant experience in operations, loan servicing, document custody, collateral management, banking operations, financial services, records management, or a related operational environment
- Demonstrated experience reviewing documentation, conducting research, and applying established procedures, controls, or compliance requirements
- Experience using business applications, workflow systems, document management platforms, and Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
