Job Description
Summit Funding, Inc is one of the oldest still privately owned top 50 national mortgage lenders. We are hiring an Operations Manager for our downtown Chicago Team! The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and driving team performance and the overall growth and profitability of the branch.

Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on current mortgage experience, preferably in processing or underwriting
  • 2 years of recent experience in a Processing Manager, Operations Manager, Pipeline Manager or similar role
  • NMLS license a plus
  • Proficient in DU/DO, LP, and major Originating systems. Encompass experience preferred.
  • Current experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Condo, Jumbo, Non QM (DSCR and Bank Statement), DPA (IHDA) products and investor guidelines.
