Job Description
The Branch Operations and Development Representative processes financial transactions, sells negotiable instruments, cross-sells Bank products, and suggests possible services. This position builds relationships with customers, answers questions, and handles preparations for customers to begin receiving services.

Requirements

  • Assess customer needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services
  • Open accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and other products offered by the bank
  • Prepare new loan requests to submit to loan processing
  • Process draw requests, loan payments, and transfers
  • Close and fund loans when required
  • Review completed LOM for accuracy and submit to loan operations
  • Participate in clearing collateral and credit exceptions
  • Pull maturity and past-due reports
  • Refer new business to company subsidiaries
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure effective long-term problem resolution
