Job Description
As part of the Towne Family, Branch Operations Managers work in TowneBank Branches and partner closely with branch staff and the Branch Manager to offer a competitive array of business and personal financial services.
Requirements
At least two years banking experience with a single employer with a combination of teller and platform experience
Ability to coordinate workflow and manage a team with diverse responsibilities
Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow through and complete tasks as required
Previous experience in handling TowneBank operational duties
Ability to listen well and resolve member issues in a positive manner
