Role Overview

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch, supervising inside sales staff and the warehouse manager, and ensuring the profitability of the branch. They work under the direction of the branch manager and are expected to motivate subordinates and meet personal goals.

What You Will Do

The Branch Operations Manager will monitor branch operations, including warehouse processes, inventory, fleet, payroll, and daily reports. They will also search for ways to improve branch operations and sales, and work alongside the warehouse manager and associates.
