Job Description
Dime Community Bank is hiring a Branch Operations Specialist at its Headquarters in Hauppauge, Long Island. The role will support the Branch Operations team and branch network, and act as a primary contact for operational questions and issues.

Requirements

  • Review IRA transactions for accurate documentation
  • Support branch and Private Banking network with new account establishment and compliance
  • Monitor regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Support Business Process Manager and Integrated Teller applications
  • Write and modify branch procedures
  • Act as a resource for operational problems and procedural revisions
  • Perform File Maintenance review
  • Act as central contact for new consumer and business accounts
  • Support various departmental functions such as Year-End reporting and IRA account monitoring
  • Provide support to Deposit Operations Department
  • Perform other duties as assigned
