Role OverviewThis position requires travel and provides excellent member service to members in the branch, through email, chat, and calling on the phone. Performs a variety of transactions in person and over the phone, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and reviewing account history.
What You Will Do
The Branch Operations Specialist will process and open new accounts, learn and become comfortable with credit union products and services, and maintain compliance with all required regulations and policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, a minimum of a beginner level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to interact tactfully and professionally with Credit union staff and external contacts.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in banking is preferred
- Previous experience working with the public and/or customer service is also preferred
- Experience in cash handling is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Beginner level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced skills in using computers and related equipment
