Job Description
As a Branch Services Representative, you'll process transactions, assist members with account management, and educate them on products and services. You’ll also engage in cross-selling, conduct proactive outreach, and support branch operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous costumer services or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in both English & Spanish (Bilingual) preferred
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Strong attention to detail
