Role Overview

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Branch Technical Manager to oversee copier/printer, network, and managed IT technicians, and maintain profit comparable to industry benchmarks. The role requires a strong leader with experience in the copier/printer repair industry, managing a team of 30+ technical staff individuals.

What You Will Do

The Branch Technical Manager will be responsible for coordinating field, shop, and dispatch/customer care activities within the branch, maintaining profit, and focusing on high levels of customer retention and award-winning service.

  • Strong start-to-finish management skills
  • Ability to be fair and hold subordinates responsible for branch revenue/cost budgets
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to set compensation structure standard with the industry
  • Ability to set processes & procedures that improve efficiency and bottom line results, while consistently improving customer service
