Role Overview

Assist with internal merchandise menu, coordinate vendor quotes, and maintain workflow systems within Monday.com. Responsible for program team requests, capturing photo and video content, and formatting internal and external newsletters. Provide design support and assist with backend website updates.

What You Will Do

Coordinate vendor quotes, submit and follow through on vendor payments, invoices, and purchase orders. Organize organizational photo assets using Adobe Lightroom, maintain workflow systems within Monday.com, and capture photo and video content.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Minimum of 2 years professional experience working in a for-profit or non-profit office environment. Experience with Google Office, project management tools, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Lightroom, and InDesign or other Adobe Creative Suite tools.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $62,000
