Role OverviewThe Brand Champion is responsible for leading the overall operations of a designated food brand across all Applegreen travel plazas on the PA Turnpike. This role helps establish business goals, drive performance, and support the strategic direction of the brand.
What You Will Do
The Brand Champion will establish clear sales goals, train teams on operational excellence initiatives, and ensure effective execution of brand standards. They will also develop a culture of excellence in food safety and brand standards, and lead by example to promote an environment where the Restaurant Managers and Associates understand the importance of satisfying each traveler.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience, QSR management experience with strong financial business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. They will be willing to travel 75-80% of the time and have strong communication skills.

- 5+ years Management experience

- Strong supervisory, coaching and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work across all shifts
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
- Willingness to travel 75-80%

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
