Role OverviewWe are looking for a Brand & Community Specialist to support Sea to Summit's brand expression and consumer community presence in North America. This role drives brand affinity, creator engagement, and audience retention through hands-on execution of brand initiatives, influencer and product seeding programs, and a well-run email calendar.
What You Will Do
Coordinate brand assets, manage influencer relationships, own product seeding, monitor consumer sentiment, and develop community programs. Execute email campaigns, track performance, and optimize results.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, community management, influencer programming, or a related role. Demonstrated experience managing creator or influencer relationships is a must. Outdoor industry experience or genuine enthusiasm for outdoor gear is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, community management, influencer programming, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience managing creator or influencer relationships
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams in a lean environment
- Outdoor industry experience or genuine enthusiasm for outdoor gear
