Brand Design Specialist

As a Brand Design Specialist, you will design precise grading criteria for real-world brand design deliverables, score AI-generated and human work samples against criteria, and apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and defensible.

What You Will Do

You will work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance, incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers, and iterate quickly on your work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand, visual, or graphic design
• Background at world-class independent brand and design agencies
• Experience in core brand disciplines: Creative Director, Brand Designer, Web Designer, or Graphic Designer
• Deep fluency in typography, layout, color, composition, and brand identity systems
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with peer-reviewed judgment
