Role Overview

The Brand Designer is a junior level role supporting the development and execution of high-quality, on-brand creative across print, email, and broader marketing channels. Working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional marketing, brand, and product partners, this role translates creative briefs into clear, effective visual solutions while helping maintain consistency across the company’s growing portfolio of brands, including Tru Niagen and Niagen Plus.

What You Will Do

Create high-quality brand and print assets, including packaging updates, product inserts, marketing collateral, and sales materials. Design and produce marketing and lifecycle email creative, including layout, imagery, and integration of approved copy. Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to translate creative briefs into clear, compelling, and on-brand visual solutions.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of professional design experience
  • Strong design foundation, including layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing print materials, such as packaging, collateral, or inserts, as well as email campaign creative
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively within established brand systems and guidelines
  • Basic understanding of email-platform requirements, such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant brand, print, and email design work
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, production-ready creative
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
