Job Description
As a Brand Manager at Spin Master, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products that execute key global brand strategies and drive brand growth and profitability. You will be responsible for driving critical path processes, managing P&L, and overseeing marketing activities to deliver brand financial goals.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products that execute key global brand strategies
  • Drive critical path processes, ensuring all timelines are adhered to, financial goals are achieved, and stakeholders have the information they need to succeed
  • Oversee and manage P&L to drive key brand operations, including forecasting, pricing, costing, and profitability analysis
  • Brief and support all marketing activities, including digital media, TV and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, and trade shows
  • Develop the Brand Foundations, collaborate on Brand Action Plans, and deliver the yearly Slots & Rationale to design
  • Regularly analyze Global POS performance, Market Analyses, competitive landscape, and trends to generate new product and marketing opportunities
  • Present new brand and product lines, strategies, plans, and results to internal sales team and external partners
  • Liaise with licensors to ensure key milestones, forecasts, calendars, and other critical details are aligned and shared
