Role OverviewThe Brand Specialist will support Beauty Barrage's client brands in various retailers, achieving sales targets, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.
What You Will Do
The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets, representing brands within an assigned territory and retailers, establishing and developing strong relationships with store teams, educating and training store staff on brand knowledge, executing interactive product demonstrations, and ensuring product merchandising meets company standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
