Role OverviewThe Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers, achieving sales targets, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.
What You Will Do
Achieve sales goals, represent brands, establish relationships with store teams, educate and train store staff, execute product demonstrations, and ensure product merchandising meets company standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
